Forgotten Movies: Thor

If you are thinking about renting a movie this weekend, I would like to suggest to you Thor! It is one of the best superhero movies that I have ever seen: there is a love story, lots of action, and you will fall in love with the characters and the plot!

The film is centered on Thor (Chris Hemsworth). Thor is the God of Thunder. He is a mighty warrior whose bravery defines him. Thor is sent to earth after his father quickly lost his faith in the new-crowned king. Unlike most superheroes, Thor only receives his “powers” when he has his hammer. Nothing can withstand Thor’s hammer. Thor is the only one who can pick up his hammer. Even in the comic books, not even the Incredible Hulk can pick up Thor’s hammer! The main antagonist of the film is Thor’s brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston), who is jealous of his older brother Thor. Loki wants the crown all to himself, and will do anything to be crowned king.
