Japanese car manufacturer Honda has recalled millions of cars using Takata airbag inflaters. Phone calls and letters have been sent to Honda owners, including owners of the CR-V, Accord, Civic, and Pilot. The airbags have been found to rupture, or cause shrapnel to fly towards the driver in the event of a collision, says Consumer Reports. Honda isn't the first auto maker to recall cars because of airbag issues, as Ford and Nissan have recently announced a recall as well. If the car is under warranty, it will be fixed for free at your local dealership. If you aren't sure if your model has been recalled, you can find the complete list on Honda's website.
