Jameis Winston or Marcus Mariota

Much speculation is building around the National Football League as to who will one day be the better NFL quarterback: "Famous Jameis" Winston or Marcus "Super Mariota"?  Most analysts and so-called experts say Winston is a more pro-ready player while Mariota has a higher ceiling of potential.  The reasoning behind this is Winston played in a "Pro-Style" offense under Jimbo Fischer at Florida State University  while Mariota played in a no-huddle, fast-paced spread attack at Oregon, utilizing his athletic ability while compiling completions on high percentage throws.
As no one will know the futures of these two talented players, we will all have to wait and see.  Something to think about, on the other hand, is the career touchdown to interception ratios of these players in their college days, according to ESPN:

Marcus Mariota-  105 passing touchdowns, 14 interceptions (15:2)
Jameis Winston-  65 passing touchdowns, 28 interceptions (65:28)
