Recipe: Baked Potato Soup

Baked Potato Soup

To make this delicious soup you will need:
                                                            

12 slices of bacon

2/3 cup margarine                                                   

2/3 cup all-purpose flour

7 cups milk

4 large baked potatoes, peeled and cubed

4 green onions, chopped

1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

First cook your bacon in a skillet. After it browns, crumble it, and set it aside. Now in a crock pot melt the margarine, add in some flour and pour the milk in often until the consistency is thick. At this point  add the potatoes and onions stirring all very seldom. Lastly, you're going to  mix in bacon, cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Keep cooking, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted within the mix. Now put it in a bowl and enjoy!
