Marching Band Receives Superior Rating in Competition

On Saturday, the Big Indian Marching Band went to Tazewell for their first competition of the season. They performed at approximately 1:00.

In class A-2, the band's received numerous awards:

• 2nd place music
• 2nd place marching
• 1st place general effect
• 2nd place auxiliary
• 3rd place percussion
• 3rd place drum major
• 2nd place overall

Overall, the band did very well, getting an overall superior rating.
